What are the quality requirements for qualified high-efficiency filters?

As one of the essential equipment for clean rooms, high efficiency filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.5um. Ultrafine glass fiber paper is used as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as partition plate, and the wood frame aluminum alloy is glued. Each unit has been tested by the flame method, and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust capacity.

High efficiency air filter can be widely used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing and other industries clean air conditioning end supply. Both high efficiency and ultra-high efficiency filters are used at clean room ends,

In its structural form, it can be divided into: high efficiency with partition board, high efficiency without partition board, high efficiency with large air volume, super high efficiency filter and so on.


Today, Danze Technology, an air filter manufacturer, has sorted out what requirements for qualified high efficiency filters for everyone to refer to:

One. Filter material

1. Through filtration, the resistance should meet the performance requirements of similar filter media in the standard.

2. Tensile strength shall be determined by GB/T435 prescribed method.

For filter paper with separator: longitudinal greater than or equal to 0.3KN/M transverse greater than or equal to 0.2KN/M.

For filter paper without separator: longitudinal greater than or equal to 0.7KN/M transverse greater than or equal to 0.5KN/M.

3. The thickness should be measured according to the method specified in GB/T 451.3, and should not exceed 0.40mm filter material should be uniform, and should not contain cracks, scratches, pinholes, stains and so on.

Ii. Border

1. The material making the frame should have a certain strength and stiffness. The thickness of the material should be selected according to the material and side length to meet the requirements of the strength and stiffness of the border. When the following materials are used, they should meet the relevant standards, and take corresponding anti-rust or anti-corrosion measures as required.

2. Cold-rolled steel plate, thickness should be 1.0mm-2mm, galvanized, spray or take other anti-rust measures after forming and welding. Materials comply with GB/T 912 regulations

3. Aluminum alloy plate, thickness should be 1.5 mm-2 mm. The material shall comply with GB/T 3880.I and GB/T 3880.2.

4. Wood, plywood, thickness should be 1.5 mrn-20 mm. Should be according to user requirements for painting and other corresponding anti-corrosion treatment. The material complies with GB/T 5849 and GB/T 984fi.3. Stainless steel plate, thickness should be 1. 0mm -2 mm. Materials shall conform to GB/T 3280.

Three. Dividers

1. Separator with separator filter, aluminum foil, plastic plate, offset printing paper, etc.; The separator without separator filter can be made of hot sol, glass fiber strip, flame retardant silk wire, etc. Materials used for high efficiency and ultra-high efficiency filter separators shall meet.

2. Aluminum foil shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3198.

3. When using paper partition, the paper partition or 120 with the surface impregnated with glue can be used.

4. When using plastic partition, the temperature resistance should not be less than 500.

Four. Binders and sealants

1. The binder is used for the splicing, repairing and bonding of the gasket and the frame of the filter material, and the shear strength and tensile strength should be higher than the filter material. The sealant is used for the sealing of the filter element and the frame, which should be able to cure at normal temperature and pressure, and ensure that the filter does not crack, does not degummed and has elasticity when running under the condition of 10 times the initial resistance, and the fire resistance of the binder and sealant should meet the performance requirements of similar filters. When customers have special requirements for the gas release performance of organic compounds in filter products, the gas release performance of binders and sealants should be able to meet customer requirements.

2. Gasket

3. The sealing gasket should be made of flexible closed-cell materials that are not easy to age;

4. The hardness of the gasket (tested by Shore hardness W hardness tester) is 33, 2, and the compression permanent deformation 3. When the customer has special requirements for the gas release performance of organic matter in the filter product, the gas release performance of the gasket should be able to meet the requirements of customers.

Five. Protect the net
Available stainless steel wire mesh, punching plate, spot welding galvanized wire mesh, spot welding stainless steel wire mesh or spray steel plate mesh.
